Nephak's Governance & Management
NEPHAK is currently designed as a grass roots movement comprising men and women in touch with, and actually responding to the reality of HIV on individuals, families and
communities. The network has representatives from all the 9 regions of Kenya elected
democratically at a bi-annual delegate’s conference. These representatives make up
the Board of NEPHAK. The current Board was elected in November 2009 and works
closely with the Secretariat to reposition NEPHAK as a formidable national network of
communities affected by HIV/AIDS, TB and Malaria.
