NEPHAK has an operational national secretariat in Nairobi and two regional operational offices in Rift Valley and Coast Provinces. NEPHAK’s Secretariat is responsible for day-to-day operations, including mobilizing resources from the public and private sectors, managing programmes, providing financial and administrative support, and reporting to Board, members, development partners and the public. The Secretariat is headed by a National Coordinator who is also the networks Chief Executive Officer.
